Forests are the lungs of the earth

Forests are the lungs of the earth. We can see how forests provide most of human needs. For instance, the forest keeps the air clean and balance, since most of living thing produces Carbon Dioxide, tree produces Oxygen.

In my opinion, the world we currently know is already at the risk of destruction. The main reason may be caused by deforestation. We can see that nowadays, disaster is everywhere, starting from earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, to typhoons. If we keep the balance of nature which is mainly forest in the land, and clean water in the sea, the world will surely be healthy.

But aside from that, there is certainly a possibility of the world being healthy while there are not so many forests. People from all over the world are anticipating this and are trying to use technology to find perfect solution.
Destruction of the world’s forests may amounts to death of the world we currently know, if we don’t find a solution right away.

Dear Christ, you need to explain or give more examples in your essay. Click here for more information.

Forest are the lungs of the earth

Forest are the lungs of the earth. I will agree with this statement. Forest are the keeper of earth stability too. The forest function is vital to earth and the life. Destroying the forest is same like stab a knife to our lungs. We may die slowly, because we can’t breath and can’t produce energy form the food that we eat.

Forest has several functions which are vital for human life. First, forest are the lungs of the world. We call it a lung of the world because it likes our lungs, but in larger space, the earth. Our lungs provide us energy by absorb the oxygen and produce carbon dioxide. Forest process the air contradicts with our lungs. Forest that contains a lot of trees will absorb the carbon dioxide and produce oxygen, this process called photosynthesis. Oxygen is the chemical gas that very important to human and animal life. Not only for the life being, oxygen is the main part of ozone creation that will protect earth from sunlight radiation and meteors fall. Forest are also a critical part of water cycle which is main source of life. Forest are also a habitat from many plants and animal species, that are should be protected because they are our future assets .Those are the some functions of forest.

The destruction of forest will bring us to doom. Destroying the forest will destroy the earth stability. What if the forest function is disturbed ? Natural disasters will attack us frequently. We will run of water, get the cancer because of radiation, animal will be attack human because human attack their home, we can suffer flood, etc. We may lose some plant species that can cure diseases. And the more important that human will run out of oxygen, we can’t breath than we can’t produce energy. This problem is not just an imagination but it may become reality if we continue destroying the forest.

Nowadays, the forest condition is getting worse. Indonesia and Amazon rain tropic forest suffer a great damage because of human activity. Until 1997 Indonesia has lost 72 percent of it real forest. This is happened because human cut the trees as their wish. In 2000 there are 59.2 millions hectares the destroyed forest in Indonesia. This is a very large amount that can produce oxygen. This condition is getting worse now.

Form the description above, we may conclude that forest are vital for earth and the life. Forest is the lungs of the earth, provides many things for supporting human life. Nowadays the earth forest condition is getting worse. We can help keep the forest well, by planting the trees, keep tell the government to serious keeping the forest well, and don’t cut the trees.
